What you’ll need to complete registration

• Full name of the player

• Date of birth

• Parent/guardian contact details (phone & email)

• Emergency contact details

• Any relevant medical / allergy information

• Payment via TeamFeePay (card or other accepted method)

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q: What happens after I submit the TeamFeePay form and payment?
A: Once you complete the registration form and payment, the system will send you a confirmation email. Our club administrators will then be in touch if any further details are required.

Q: What if our family participates in more than one age-group (for example a sibling in 2013 and 2014 groups)?
A: You will need to complete a separate registration for each player (each sibling) via the relevant TeamFeePay link. Be sure to use the correct age-group link for each child. You will automatically be allocated the second sibling rate for your second player. 

Q: My child has a medical condition/allergy – how is that handled?
A: There is a dedicated field on the registration form for medical/allergy information. Please make sure it is filled out accurately. The coaching team and club welfare officer will review the information and may contact you directly to discuss any special arrangements, medications, or emergency protocols.

Q: What if I need to withdraw my registration after payment? Is there a refund policy?
A: If you need to withdraw, please contact the club registration officer as soon as possible. The refund policy is set by the club and will be completed on a pro rata basis.

Q: How do I update my contact or emergency details after registration?
A: If you need to update any details (such as phone, email, emergency contact or medical info) after completing registration, please email the club with the updated details, subject line “Update: Gullion Youth FC – [Player Name]”.
